3. Overweight:

Limitations of BMI:
Does not account for muscle mass:
Athletes or individuals with high muscle mass may have a high BMI but low body fat.
Does not distinguish fat distribution:
Visceral fat (around organs) is more harmful than subcutaneous fat (under the skin), but BMI does not differentiate.
BMI may not be accurate for children, pregnant women, or the elderly.
